YB. Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan Bin Tengku Mansor

Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan Bin Tengku Mansor was born on 20 December 1950 and is a Malaysian politician. He was appointed as the Secretary General of UMNO; taking over from Datuk Seri Mohd Radzi Sheikh Ahmad on 20 March 2008. Previously he served as the Tourism Minister of Malaysia.

Born in Melaka, he earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Mara (ITM), now known as Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and BBA from the University of Southern California.

Tengku Adnan also held various important positions within the corporate sector, including as Director and Chairman of Far East Asset (FEA) and Chairman of UNZA Holdings Bhd. Effective as of May 2013, he was appointed as the Minister of Federal Territories, a position he holds until now.

His marriage with Datin Seri Utama Anggraini binti Sentiaki blessed him with 4 sons and 5 daughters.

YB. Senator Dato’ Raja Nong Chik

YB Senator Dato’ Raja Nong Chik, 58, was the Minister of Federal Territories in the Cabinet of Malaysia and is a senator in the Senate. YB Senator Dato’ Raja Nong Chik was born on 14 February 1953 in Perak Darul Ridzuan, one of the fourteen States of Malaysia. He received his early education at Methodist Boys School before pursuing his studies at Victoria Institution. He then furthered his education at the Royal Military College. YB Senator Dato ‘Raja Nong Chik is married to Datin Nafesah Raja Nong Chik and is blessed with two children, Raja Farhana and Raja Hamzah.

Prior to his appointment as Minister, YB Senator Dato’ Raja Nong Chik was an entrepreneur. He began his corporate career in FELCRA (Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority) in 1978. A year later, he held the position as Manager of Corporate Planning and Finance in Kumpulan FIMA Bhd. In 1982, he joined OYL Industries as Executive Director, which led to the formation of a joint venture company named Razatec Sdn. Bhd., a pioneer for locally manufactured electrical products known as Acson now famous in Malaysia as well as overseas.

YB Senator Dato’ Raja Nong Chik is also the President of Bumiputera Manufacturers and Services Industry Association of Malaysia. He is also a member of the Malaysia Innovation Council (National Innovation Council). YB Senator Dato’ Raja Nong Chik holds a degree in Economics (Honours) from University of Wales, UK and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
