M. Noor Azman bin Taib was born on 15 April 1971 and received early education at Sekolah Menengah Jitra, Kedah Darul Aman. Upon completing his Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) in 1991, he was accepted to further his studies at Universiti Malaya and was awarded a Bachelor in Planning and Urban Studies in 1996.
He began his career as an Assistant Secretary of the Air Transport Unit, Ministry of Transport Malaysia for two years from 16 December 1996 till 1998. In 1998 he was entrusted to hold the position as the Assistant Director of the Licensing and Vehicle Registration Division at the Road Transport Department.
In addition, he also served as Manager of Records Management Centre, Vehicle Records Division at the Headquarters of the Road Transport Department of Malaysia from 2000 till 2003. A year later, he took a paid study leave to pursue his studies at Masters level in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His passion and diligence paid off when he was awarded a Masters in Science and Information Technology in 2004.
He continued his services and dedication as the Principal Assistant Secretary, Development Division of the Ministry of Federal Territories effective July 2005 till March 2008. Armed with experience and passion towards sports allowed him to be appointed as Director of the Federal Territories Sports Council (MSWP) from March 2008 till February 2011.
His commitment, cooperation and efforts successfully led the Federal Territories Contingent to clinch third place overall during the SUKMA XIII Games held in Melaka in 2010. He now serves as Special Duties Officer to the Minister of Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing (KWPKB).
Roselina Binti Idrus was born on 17 September 1961. After completing the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in 1978, she was accepted to further her studies at Central Michigan, USA, majoring in Management Information System.
She began her career as a sports officer from 1989 till 1993 at Institut Teknologi Mara and later as Assistant Executive at the Selangor State Sports Council for 2 years.
In addition, she served as Manager of the Paralympic Sports Culture Department in the Malaysian Paralympic Council for 3 years from 2002 till 2005. She was also appointed as Secretary of Sports and Technical Committee for the 9th FESPIC Sports Championships, KL 2006. Apart from that, she also held a position as a General Manager for Women And Fitness Foundation Malaysia (WSFFM) and later as Director of the Federal Territories Sports Council for 4 years before ending her tenure there in 2008.
For the determination and passion shown over the years, she was awarded the Pingat Jasa kebaktian (PJK) and Pingat Pekerti Terpilih (PPT), Selangor in 1997 and 2000. She currently serves as Director of Felda Sports Council since January 2011 till now.
