CLIENT CHARTER

  • Financial assistance which has been approved will be channelled to the Sports Association within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of the application form (complete).
  • Payments to suppliers of goods/services will be made within seven (7) working days of receipt of the invoice.
  • Feedback on the results of meetings/discussions will be prepared and distributed within (7) days of the meeting/discussion.
  • Any complaints from associations/individuals will be acted upon within seven (7) working days of receipt.
  • Reports on any sports competition or programme/activity will be prepared within five (5) working days of the sports competition or programme/activity.
  • Ensuring the availability of Web Site Wipers reach at least 99.5% level.
